Morey Mossovitz, Ed.D has spent over 20 years in the world of athletics both as a student and working in a premier NCAA Division I Power 5 institution. Dr. Mossovitz is currently serving as an associate athletic director with a variety of administrative duties. In addition to his work in a college athletic department, Dr. Mossovitz has been an adjunct professor at Syracuse University in the School of Education, teaching on the topic of intercollegiate athletics. Dr. Mossovitz earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in educational studies and later received his master’s degree in student affairs counseling with training in many areas including career counseling. Dr. Mossovitz earned a doctoral degree from Drexel University’s educational leadership and management program with a concentration in athletic administration. During his time at Syracuse University Dr. Mossovitz cofounded the Cuse Crew program; an internship program developed as an entry point for students looking to work in college athletics. As an administrator, Dr. Mossovitz has fostered interns and mentored hundreds of students that have gone on to many different careers at all levels of athletics including high school, college, and professional settings.
Jennifer Albanese was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Experience at a Power 4 conference school in August of 2023. With over 15 years of experience in the athletic department, Albanese previously served as the Director of Marketing from 2019 to 2023 and as the department's Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator from 2007 to 2019.
In her current role, Albanese leads the creation of comprehensive athletics marketing and gameday fan experience plans for all sports within the department, with a primary focus on football. She also supervises the spirit programs.
Albanese collaborates directly with each sport and its coaching staff to design and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, attendance, and fan awareness. Her team manages the creative development of in-game promotions, as well as the design of promotional materials and advertisements. She oversees the daily operations of the marketing department and manages the entire staff, including coordinating the hiring process for more than 10 office interns and over 50 game day interns. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in establishing campus and community initiatives to boost attendance and school spirit.
Albanese earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Le Moyne College in 2007. Before joining the Power 4 conference school, she gained valuable experience working with ISP Sports, Citadel Broadcasting, and the Syracuse Mets (formerly the Syracuse Chiefs)
